"A bleed valve adjusts the boost pressure by bleeding off boost signal so that the actuator stays shut for longer, generating more boost pressure. An internal valve mounts to the dashboard, whereas an external valve is fitted under the bonnet. Both are available in silver, anodised red or anodised blue."
