"The ALTA Performance control arms feature continuous hardened steel tube, direct bored and threaded to accept heim joint ends. Threaded into both rod ends are huge aircraft quality, Teflon lined, heim joint rod ends. The Teflon lining prevents road vibration from being transferred through the joint as well as constantly cleaning the bearing surface. The Heim joints we use are significantly larger and have finer threads than competition control arms. Finer threads not only increase the strength of the connection but allow more precise adjustments to camber settings. This added size and strength will allow smoother operation over a wider range of motion. Built into each rod is a 22mm flat notch for easy adjustment.
